The only positive point of working at CRIF is that if you survive this godforsaken company, then you're fit to apply for the position of soldier in the Army for posting in Ladakh.

1.) Extremely abusive bosses. Their point is to degrade you to such an extent that you lose all your self respect and start doubting the point of your existence in the world. This is the first place where you'll get preyed upon EVEN if you surrender to your bosses' malpractices and support them in their politics. This place is like a pressure cooker waiting to explode. I used to get panic attacks just stepping inside their office, and even their office's distinctive smell kept haunting me for a long time after I had left them. 2.) Near to zero compensation 3.) Absolutely cruel, clueless and skill-deprived top management. They have purposefully constructed an abusive workplace culture and allow the bosses to take full advantage of their subordinates.
