Just the good initial learning and to set your goal and be clear with a vision to not to work in such organization ever in future. Mostly one learns alot of DON'T S that you can keep in your mind in future.

Dislikes

Manipulative and unprofessional behaviour of the management towards it's employees. Treatment of Employees as just resources not employees. Deviation in Verbal commitment and actual actions. Giving false hopes to employees to get things done and disowning the employees at the time of need.

It has been a tough time working with CRG and still continues to be the same as the management is just concerned about filling it's pockets with Profits. One has to even fight for basic amenities like food and shelter when deployed out of city limits.

The only positive about this company is the policy to compensate for food & stay @ client location

Dislikes

Top level management has no idea what is happening in the company. The HR department is run by amateurs. Firget about resource development, they struggle to give you a company owned laptop that works!

Management is not good. They don't care about the client companies much and that's why they're losing clients and as a result the employees, left right and center. Maybe it's only true for the client I have worked for. But what I've heard from some people working for other clients, I've written with those opinions.
