Biggest fail of the company is Management. There are only 2-3 members whos all the decisions are right even if its wrong. If you like to work like a donkey and no appreciations then please join. There are 2 CEO's 1 is acting and another is who acts on the acting CEO. They will fire u at any time & will force u to resign once ur appraisal time comes. No career growth or motivation from management. Only employees who acts like busy can work there. Hard worker doesn't get any value. & many more ... big list to say..

Company being a start up, it was good of an experience to work.

Dislikes

Also, because it was a startup there were a lot of people trying to please the higher management which brought in lot of prejudice towards the decision taken by CEO, CTO and the HR. This inturn gave rise to politics. Having such environment isn't good for the organisation at this stage. People need to be heard properly. CEO fails to create this environment which may hamper your growth.
