Nothing to like here, the sole HR is incompetent and lazy, will make you do her job. If you don't have any skills then you can get a job here.

Very hard to exit the organization on your own, They don't give you any sick leaves, no earned leaves only casual leaves are given. Every festival they will request you to work. No concept of Overtime here. They get rid of married women so they don't have to give maternity leaves. I like the work life balance and chill environment in the office. Management is approachable, salary comes on the time. Salary and benefits are better compared to other companies for the same work. Work flexibility is also commendable. Some people particularly Siddiqi and Khera understand the people and their work, I liked working with them.

Dislikes

Work is monotonous and boring. Office location is also not good in terms of hygiene and far from the metro. Management acts on the maneuvered information, and promotes on the basis of buttering. Opportunity for growth and learning is very minimal. The company is okay for short term.
