Poor management staff they have no knowledge of work and don't know how to behave. Treat you very badly and abusive management with poor incentive . They forcefully make us work on weekends and if we don't salary will be deducted

Team mates are helpful , there is no fear of loosing job,career growth after some stage is stagnant as company is not looking for new markets and bigger targets which impact on career.I have been travelling for past 3.5 years their is very much to do on client site in this company.There are few software upgrades no changes/innovation until client ask and pay amount for it.There is pathetic work life balance as management says there is no out timings of our company and we don't care about your personal life....Read More
