Hi am shireen , First 6 months , for all employees will hire us and keep us temporary employee and Then after 6 months it was considered as employee and got an offer letter which was not correct!!!! Wat I felt was ....incorrect !!!!! That too in Corona time they did like that with Me also , it was incorrect!!!!

There is no hike for us from past 2 years and there is much more partiality then any office that's why u can't get any growth

would not reccommendto work here, too much of micromanagement and forcing people to work regardless of time, too much blame on juniors enen though senior management is not appropriate in their works

Some of brothers and sisters working in same floor brother is AM sister is shipment user,and He always support to her with daily targets (He assign orders to setup users that time he assign Max orders to sisters user.eg:if my users get 6-7 orders ina slot her user get 15-17 orders in a slot )or any issue.politics is their,work environment is not good,i laidoff from byjus,bt i knw before day only,the same AM brother inform his sister and show the list of employees who went out from comapny next day, if he his AM thatshould be in office,if he is brother that shouldn't affect office work..i did more targets than her so she openly said he will laidoff anyways,no worries I will do from Wednesday..that's not right politics everywhere in logistics bommasandra,there are still so many PPL their who are average at work i am the topper bt laidoff..mangers also not good they just listen our problem and stay silently..plssss change something in bommasandra...i want to know on which basis they laid off me,pls take some serious actions now atlst rest of the ppl's will do work happily....Read More

1. No appraisal & no hike. 2.they will recruit freshers with with good salary but never give you hike no matter how hard you work. 3. The more you learn new things they dump more work on you. 4. There is no life left once you join.

It is not about BYJUs. It is about the managers. Some managers are so dull and bad with mindset. They do not have such a skill that helps the company to grow. They all look at their benefits in everything. They should act against the wrong things happening in the company but are themselves doing wrong things. everyday at BYJU'S is anew day. I get to learn a lot from my team and my manager. We are also given great opportunities to upskill and grow as a team. I am not the same person as I was when I joined the company. I have learned a lot professionally. I highly recommended BYJU'S for those who want to not only focus on earning money but also want to grow.

We are asked to stay back after office hours and complete the work which can be very stressful and tiring.
