It's good to have a company like creative ,amazing company and good work culture and teammates , salary wise ok but not that much,what we accept

They should provide hybrid for those who are coming from long distance and help them to avoide wasting of time in travel. Here some employee are spending more than 4 hrs for he's journey those who are coming from 25 to 30 km per day it's one sided.

Here, everyone is on the same level, which makes it easy to talk to each other. This setup helps us have a good balance between work and personal life. My time there has been really great, and I'm thankful for the chance to be part of such a cool company.

One thing that wasn't nice was that there weren't enough conference rooms. Sometimes it was hard to find a place to have meetings or work together with other people.

Managers are really helpful and understanding. Always consult with respective people before making any major decision with respect to the person. That give more involvement to the work. Project support also very good. co-workers also good.

The most valuable thing is work from home. since it is work from home work should not be like as working continuously for 2 shifts. Awesome team members who are most support full but few are there who always have a quarrel with other guys.
