Company is good no doubt. But the management does not have any corporate culture. Management is feels like he can take any work by paying money. Only fake travel bills, fake Job cards opening fake sale vehicles MBO punching going on. Total company is going up only because of good products in the market other all TVS world in India revolving around fake axis. For employees no work-life balance, no Saturday & sunday. TM sales , Company lacks respect for its employees and dealers. No system,claim process is age old. You work on Saturday Sunday even on national holidays. Review everyday. At no cost you should join this company. Unless you don't have any choice. You have to make 100 calls even on Saturday Sunday

Poor work life balance, no holidays given to employees in other departments work culture is good but sales and service culture is worse. Attrition rate is so high employees are forced to work on even Sunday, Employees are being mentally harassed by immediate Bosses and supervisors in the name of review system. Employees are forced to adapt fake practices. HR’s are only for the sake of forwarding policies have got nothing to take feedback wherein they are being informed for such incidents but they keep on ignoring.
