Working as Junior maintenance engineer, in general shift, it was a great start for me. Though it is suitable for the Diploma graduates it would be great to Engineering graduates if you are willing to learn about machines and its operations.

Dislikes

Salaries won't grow larger as usual as every company.

Company growth is good & there good facilities for Tamilnadu people. Company give tamilnadu people room rent & other states allowce. But not provide for any other states people.

Joining time they told me 8 hrs. Working & Now they force to do 12 hrs duty daily. Also they not provide any appointment/joining latter after joining the company. Also they get original documents from there employee & not return. Also it very difficult to get our original documents even after your relieving of company.
