My name is Deepak Kumar from Faridabad haryana. I worked with CPM for about 7 years, I got to learn a lot from here, but here 1 rule is very wrong that once abandoned, they are not taken back in the company, I was in P&G project for 5 years in Delhi ncr . Worked as marchandiser and supervisor for almost 3 years, from here I was dismissed saying some stores are closed. Here some managers are such that they do not see any situation and helplessness of anyone and they are fired from the job. Here the employees do not get any support for the job. Since leadership people are being old in this organisation not focusing on the factors which actually responsible for employee trust in the organisation they are behaving sometime like dictator. And the management being aware then not doing anything. New talented people joins and leaving this organisation immediately because of this behavioural gaps
