I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Limited scope of learning. Experience gained wont help anywhere except LPO and there too we have only 5-6 good orgs in India.

LPO (intellectual property) work is different from BPO. Requires eye for detail and much more attention. Unfortunately, management (from BPO) didn't understand this and that actually caused dissatisfaction.
