I wish I can point one good point about the school. But none exist here. Even if you use microscope , you won't find any good pointers about C.P Goenka. This organisation thought me how I should not be as an educator. Since the whole environment was filled with negativity, I learnt how negative/bad I should not be as a person and teacher.

Dislikes

Anything and everything. Management is worst. There are different power centers in the school. Monarchy system exist in the school. Zero respect for the teachers and best of luck for the people still working in this organization. God save their soul. All the teachers are dead soul like me (once upon a time)

Rampant favourtism and bias, with certain staff receiving preferential treatment regardless of merit, Unhealthy work culture marred by office politics and unnecessary interference from management, decision making often influences by personal biases rather than professional standards, a particular senior female staff member is extremely unprofessional, unpleasant, and disrupts the work environment, constant micromanagement leaves little autonomy for teachers, affecting the quality of teaching, no respect for work-life balance, with unrealistic expectations and excessive workload, lack of appreciation or acknowledgment for genuine efforts and dedication....Read More

Mostly all Work culture, Politics, Hierarchy to follow, unnecessary work pressure on employees, Disrespectful environment of the school.

Everything. The groupism and work given at the last minute, no direction of how to complete a task but timely submission is asked. A shameful hike for existing staff. Always extending working hours. No support and guidance from seniors. No work life balance. Constant updates on phone and on weekends and holidays.

The previous co-ordinators were very caring and used to think about each of the teacher’s professional development. Not sure about now.

Dislikes

Job security is the lowest I must have ever seen. No PF or medical insurance. Salary deduction for insane reasons. Management is highly volatile in nature. There is no permanent job, all contractual.

The staff is co operative and friendly. Management to a level is good.

We were promised to get a co teacher in pre primary section for each class but wasn’t fulfilled. Instead each section has only one co teacher.
