Work Life Balance is good. Best place for a fresher to get in to the corporate work structure. Office culture is good as I had a great time with my colleagues during my tenure.

Cochin Office Management is probably the worst and Toxic environment one can work in. I have so many terrible experience with the Line manager and especially with the Finance CB Team Lead. They bring and impose so many toxic traits to their staffs which never even questioned by the H.O even they are aware of all that. Sometimes theyare purely biased in their decisions, I have personally witnessed so many occasions in which they become biased with certain persons in our office. No RnR.. No Staff Welfare Programs.. No Team Lunch or Going Out.. Even with the success the company reaches each year they never give a value even to its senior "Hard Working" Employees....Read More
