Its a global organisation but yet homely...

Nothing...The travel industry is dynamic. and because of which the work pressure to deliver is very high. So I ended up working late and also on Saturdays.

Since I was from advertising agency, I would always find any corporate boring. But fortunately the marketing department boss is from advertising..So we kept the dept lively. Plus she understood that since we work late we were allowed to come late too.

I worked out of a business office for the first one year, away from the main office building. Being away was a blessing in disguise!

Everything! It's a one woman show. What Ms. U says, has to be done whether right or wrong. Very unprofessional setup.
