Cowrks company wise excellent and management too but if you planning to join in IT services then your life going to hell,what ever you perform extreme level they will not recognise or trust you and they don't give any promotion but you need to work hard, if they promote you also won't give good hike, finally you need carry extra work, In specially IT Services they hire person newly but they won't give benifit who performed extremely!!! Career growth very very poor!!!!! And all teams get WFH option but we won't get!!!...Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
