Management is totally Uneducated. No manner's how to talk with your own Employee, totally Useless. The behavior of a security Guard to Company Director is So rude. I never Come back to Join this Company again.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Im not sure what to do Can you guys suggest me
