Dislikes

We earlier had a manager from Denmark and the things were transparent but now we have an Indian as the manager and things are not good. There is not enough transparency, appraisals are not good and employee work-life balance is gone for the toss. For example, during the Covid19 pandemic, our company opened up in Aug 2020 when all other companies in a similar field were closed. Even when we are experiencing a second wave and the situation is critical in NCR, the management forces employees to come to work. This puts our families at risk but no one in the management bothers. They are in denial of the situation on the ground....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
