HR opinion and behaviour not good, but HR opinion depends on superior officer like maneger and VP very bad you know, my personal request any problem for employees final discussion to HR that is over. Not : your rules is very very bad you know, one changed ruls, all employees is interested joined

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are transparent and the management is supportive and address our issues . Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Career growth like promotions should be given to eligible workers. Health insurance should be provided. Except these my company is far better than other companies.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
