Being a small company, you get to meet and know people from different teams and diverse backgrounds, with a good number of employees coming from other cities. 5-day work week, reasonably flexible timings. Your experience will differ based on who is your manager at the company, so make sure you ask the right questions to evaluate them as they are evaluating you in the interviews.

Dislikes

Moving up the ladder can be tough unless someone moves out. Casual work environment can have its cons for some people, so make sure it's the right cultural fit.

Nothing. The company is terrible. Everybody is sitting on a higher position without any knowledge. Would suggest not to join this company.

Company is not doing great in the market. No job security you can be kicked out any day any time. No funds nothing.
