I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Coupa got acquired by Thoma Bravo, after this acquisition company started layoffs. And now there is no proper roadmap for the projects. No future for the remaining employees. Now there are no RSUs, ESPP

There is expection to work overtime without extra pay Managers control everything about you so if u are not on good terms with them can make it difficult For software developers they might like about the technology as it's only Ruby on rails Lot of internal politics and not much promotion
