No work life balance Extremely toxic work place culture Use of rude and curse words by manager and shouting/yelling is very common thing for him in this QA team The manager does not have leadership skills and is extremely unprofessional, he calls at odd timings and you have to pick or else next day in the morning meeting he will treat you like you have done something very wrong, and will threaten you about job security. He does consider him as a manager but as a boss No learning opportunity. No appreciation or recognition, even after working day night giving your 200%, he will not appreciate, instead say it's your task to do, if you can not do, i can ask someone else to do this. He is extremely biased, and treats everyone on the basis of hierarchy. Domino's staff has come to Country Delight, they are very rude and can go to any extent to get their point across. They suppress the issues of small employees even at the boss' level.
