Manager of country delight faridabad center named Anmol is doing worst behaviour with delivery partners . He shows more strictness to deliver boys. Like company sets timing to reach the centre before 4 am but our manager (Anmol) said that all delivers boys have come before 3 : 30 am. 1 minute late means loss of 100 rupees If somebody stoles customer’s product from his home so that’s cost also debit from delivery boys salary Every single mistake can made penalty, starts from 100 and has no ends Every delivery boys wants to work but only with these strictness all delivery boys getting worried about their jobs security All delivery boys trying to give there best performance but most rules of company + Our manager Anmol makes insecurity for delivery boys job...Read More
