Hello Everyone i have worked with this company for more than a year.and that was my 1st job the company is worst working culture.they r in hard core sales for selling there membership they committed false promises to customer as well as to the employee. If u r not giving them business for more than a month they will not going to give u your monthly salary.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
