FRIENDS!!! WORST PLACE TO WORK AS SOME OF MY KNOWN ONES WORKED THERE AND WITH THERE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I AM WRITING THIS REVIEW TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT SHIVAM AND BOBBY ARE NOT RUNNING A BUSINESS BUT A ARENA TO SHOW THEIR DICTATORSHI... Until and unless you are working there you will be torchered by them continuously in middle ofthe night on weekends on your holidays or on your sick leaves and once you will leave them they will block your Full and Final settlement and keep spitting out their frustration by calling you a fraudsters and keep troubling you by spoiling your personal life and they will try to spoil your career once you will leave their organisation. STRICT TIMING - pls be on time or else your half day salary will be deducted. PHONE BILL COMPENSATION - u have to give money out of your pocket and they may or may not reimburse in other month salary. INCENTIVE -the incentive u get will be deducted by 18% GST. BIASED NATURE - vintage employee are listed and treated like god's , they will be awarded with work from home , special lead basically vintage with exploit because they know loophole of the system. Their are 2 DIRECTOR in the company , They are psycologist but they think that they are very good at sales . Some pls show them mirror. They talk about employee first , real thing is they don't care about them. For any of the issues or decisions they just linger on or just push PPL on each other . They are planning to make this company to the next level ,but they don't understand company is formed by good PPL only. Work Culture is good Management is superb because of the management team Job Security - If i talk about this, it`s all depends upon the performance because as per the designation in sales we`re the revenue generator for the company, if we did not perform so I think we also not deserve that designation. All over it was good.

Not anything everyone is good on the floor, because all the seniors were very supportive and kind. Even, enjoyed a lot meanwhile I was working with Counsel India. If I get a chance to work with Counsel India then definitely I love to be a part of the Organisation

Firstly, I thank to all for the support and the training skills that you gave. The thing which I leaned that is soft skills and I was working in Counsel india as an Acedemic Counselor for psycological courses for diffrerent background people.
