In Counsel india, you will get leaves easily, but yes it totally depends upon your you and and the respective managers bond, not so pressure to punch in early and stay much long after office hours, most good thing that company CEO is not so far from you or you can say CEO sir is reachable to you when you required to meet him.

It is worst experience, no job security, before joining they tell monday to saturday, 2nd and 4th saturday working , with 28000 salary but after joining they play their role They tell to work on sundays as well because clients will be free, no extra salary work working extra day timing 10 to 7 but team meeting is at 9:30 so they will call you at 9:30 reporting time and 7 they mention but if any client tells after 7pm to call, here they will force you to sit after 7, till 9pm we use to work like a hell they didn't provided experience letter I will file a complaint soon no salary slip...Read More
