There were a few senior members that were willing to try to help you understand/succeed

Dislikes

Everything. The culture was poor - there was no work-life balance. On average I worked from anywhere between 60 to 70 hours per week and was constantly yelled at by my direct manager. It seems like everyone is overworked and burned out, and people take it out on each other.
