The company offers a stable and secure work environment, ensuring a satisfactory work-life balance with an 8.5-hour workday, two Saturdays off each month, and all Sundays free. Additionally, the company's leave policy is commendable. Although the company prioritizes white labeling over promoting its own brand, it still provides a dependable employment setting.

Salary - Good
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Excellent

Dislikes

The HR policies and support need significant improvement. The promotional and appraisal systems are inadequate. The company isn't fully leveraging its potential despite having substantial capabilities.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
