There isnt much to dislike, but I believe promotions and salary increments could be improved and expedited. Thats really the only area for improvements

Job profile is kind of different than what they advertised, which was also solved by upper manager. Salary is less. No Diwali bonus. Working hours are 9.5 which are odd.
