Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? It's a traditional company, mindset of employees here is very ancient, can't survive without buttering the bosses. No upskilling at all. Bosses are unable to use the efficiency of their subordinates. If u join the company, u will be out of the competition world outside, can't get another job that easily, as u will be out of the race. Join if u have great buttering skills.

Head management is very good but the ground level politics is very high. The facilities for the employee from company policy is very good but the intermediate of ground level is not provided their facilities.
