Good organization if one want to work like an entrepreneur and become entrepreneur. Loved the adventure nature of my retail operations job in this co . Only negative side is some operations head sitting in Hyderabad office are always suspicious on staff and don't believe or trust . They need to be reasonable on staff .

Working culture and environment is really good and employee friendly. Everyone is assessed according one's ability and skills.
