The outlook of the company is good but not when your in the company. The policies looks promising but they were not at all followed in any store so far I have seen. They just want to loot the money from farmers with high prices.

Everything looks cool when you join in coromandel retail. But there will be no specific work timings, mentioned timings vary from working hours ,should be willing to work at any time round the clock. Even after resignation I haven't got my experience letter from 3 years. I have requested HR manager and assistant HR manager several times and I'm tired of asking finally just lost my patience and forgot about experience certificate.
