Dislikes

Over a period the company culture has got deteriorated and especially the HR policies and their presence. No JD for the job and will keep changing. No structure in thought process, no support for the employees & recognition of employees.

Good organization if one want to work like an entrepreneur and become entrepreneur. Loved the adventure nature of my retail operations job in this co . Only negative side is some operations head sitting in Hyderabad office are always suspicious on staff and don't believe or trust . They need to be reasonable on staff .

Head management is very good but the ground level politics is very high. The facilities for the employee from company policy is very good but the intermediate of ground level is not provided their facilities.

Dislikes

High level politics and knowledgeble employees leaves immediately. Not good culture for the freshers because the previous employee's not supported for the learning. Every time political discussions dont anyone interested for the business discussion with business strategies. Harmful for the companys growth in between future.
