Appraisal hike will be nice here and also they have 2 appraisal cycles yearly 1st in May and another in October. So late joiners don't have to wait for more than 1.5 years to get appraisal.

Lot of dislikes : No work life balances specially for male employees. Almost every week you have to extend and even night shifts. They are very frequent for night shifts and all. Often they will ask to come on weekends for support and work. Management team is very poor as per the industry standards. Infact project managers and old leads are not capable to handle & manage the team properly. They will mostly force you to work more and more. Work pressure is very high.
