Providing comfortable work from home option, with good engagement activities.

Nothing as such. Sometimes working on alternative Saturdays are bit tiring.

Very comfortable, Good senior Management and healthy work atmosphere. Timely salary and increment ,in a nutshell one of the premium mid level org in Kolkata.

THEY ARE PROVIDINGWORK FROM FACILITY TO EVERY EMPLOYEE FOR INDEFINITE TIME UNTILL SITUATIONS GETS GOOD.

Dislikes

Only what I disliked that rigidity in office timings. Now a days it should be flexible.

Work Details

Family like environment. Supportive Seniors. Workingwith them for such long time made me technically upgraded and got several aspects to learn management ideas.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
