Company is growing faster and exporting worldwide, also Company is going to establish brand new manufacturing facility three times larger than current. Which provide good job securities in this recession period. After working almost three years of periods no politics observed and all staff are highly supportive without interfering other's tasks and matters. Company is fortunate having management like Mr Kirit Patel and Mr Deepan Patel who always trying to find the potential in their employee and support them with a faith and truat which provide a free environment to work . Honestly speaking there is nothing about to dislike. Afterall each company have some policies which employee don't like bt if the company is supportive and giving u timely growth then some point can be compromised. In short like us no one is perfect, no any company can do or make policies as per our desire.....for us company is only one but for company employees are numerous and it is not possible to make different different policies for every employee....Read More

I was handling marketing activities initially for Gujarat only, then I had been handed over nepal region too without any experience in corel or in export as well, which shows the trust and faith of the management.

Management is nice as a person. But don't appreciate your efforts. Growth is not based on performance but on perception.
