Company is growing faster and exporting worldwide, also Company is going to establish brand new manufacturing facility three times larger than current. Which provide good job securities in this recession period. After working almost three years of periods no politics observed and all staff are highly supportive without interfering other's tasks and matters. Afterall each company have some policies which employee don't like bt if the company is supportive and giving u timely growth then some point can be compromised.
