Company has no ethics. Your direct manager will always jealous with you if you have joined at good salary Or if you have grabbed good position in young age. I have found this thing spread every level.Colleagues are busy in politics or making you in discomforts. No proper training is given about product. No HR policy. Every thing is done verbally, you can't track anything in this company.

They hire for trial..they do not provide training to employees what they want..If you hire people help them grow..They already taken 4 round of interview and then 1 week trial..very unsupportive content manager.
