Job security is zero.Management and working culture is thirdclass.Instead of joining cooper do farming at least you will gain some profit.Financially you will be in loss totally If you do job in cooper bcz salary provided is very less compared to your experience.You have to wait every 3-4 years for increment.No allowance,no perks,no promotion.Thank me later.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
