Work culture, dysfunction leadership, no work life balance

Overall company work culture is great. You get open hands to explore new things but company actually needs people who works instead of pretending.

Dislikes

Lack of communication due to which senior stakeholder get mislead. Leaders must get involved on ground level. Being a startup job security is zero.

Everything The management and leadership (founders) are so unprofessional that they don’t even know how to talk, communicate with people, they treat you like a disposable box, they only want everyone to satisfy their ego and to behave like their PA and be available 24*7 for them like a servant. Even if you work hard and well, they on ly humiliate people and tell them what all they have done wrong. They are so kiddish that they take random decisions- one day they will say, you are fired, next day they will call you and say- let’s continue. All 7-8 people who joined in last 3 months - have resigned and left from here because of the same reason<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Attrition is so high here and work culture is so bad that people don’t even prefer to show Convosight in their resume/linkedin which is why you will not be able to talk to anyone whoever has faced this</mark>.
