Except the fact that the senior employees there are very good in playing politics and they are focused on making work difficult for the new joiner so that they have a difficult time and then the boss removes the new employee without any prior notice

Dislikes

Training is horrible. There is no job security, the manager can come any time and ask you to leave and not come back and they don't even ask you to put down the papers they just ask you to not come. No appraisals. Horrible work environment. The seniors are there to only look down on you and make you regret each day of your work. The seniors used to get fresh leads( people who are actually looking for jobs)and we had to work hard on the old leads and try to convince people who were already working to quite jobs and join and new one....Read More

Work Details

I had to call people and try to fish for candidates looking for jobs and call them for in-house interviews or send them to the company office.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
