With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! The only good thing is they pay salary on time

The office politics, Working culture No learning opportunities Everyday the memo changes Manager pays zero attention to the team except when it’s review time. Zero support of any kind, you are on your own. The entire office is just a big Ekta Kapoor serial. Only gossiping and mocking people. Zero work ethics from the senior managers. They don’t treat their clients or employees with any respect or importance. Only hire and fire. All the managers are friends of the CEO so don’t even think that you will get any growth opportunities. Specially the operations manager is the worst person ever. She will only insult n demotivate you. Save yourself...Read More
