They just teach to understand the candidate interested level towards job opportunity. There is no support from company sides through covid 19 lockdown , rather too much micro management

Thetd is a lot of politics and too much micro management from management sides. More than giving CV , they see number of calls done by recruiter and want details of every inch of time . There is 3 month notice period , Moreover during the time of interview it's said to work half day on Saturday but that's not true , they compell to work full day on Saturday There is nothing new to learn . The job is interesting, though I had to face problem in begging as there were no proper training regarding call documentation format I joined in November 2019 to till date ...now serving notice period
