No growth opportunity and it has become a tradition to lay off people without any reason. Company is in profit though recently they shutdown Helpdesk Mumbai operations without any reason.

Work is boring lot of manual work. It’s always between NOC team vs Helpdesk Team. Just like elephants fights, ants get killed.
