This is a sheer waste of time I had to give a assessment and by going to an interview at their office by wasting my 2 hours.

Dislikes

They are extremely rude and do not ethical work culture, they do not want employees or they just want people who are desperate to get any job and are ready to work by sacrificing their Family Life. I got selected and had a great offer initially, but when I told them that I am not a immediate joiner which I have mentioned earlier in the interview also they straight away revoked my offer.

Everything. If I could give negative points I would give a BIG ZERO rating. 1. It is one of the worst company to work in. PLEASE NEW JOINEES BEWARE..JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK. Their strategy is to keep on hiring, train them and then after 3-6 months fire them. That's the reason why they have opening always 2. The work itself is horrible with no need to use ones brains and keep on doing repetitive meaningless task for 8 hours during which you are constantly monitored through cameras and your work is timed minutely.THERE IS NO WASHROOM BREAK WHICH IS ALSO TIMED. 3. Work culture is pathetic and toxic. Since the management is worst, it percolates to the lower staff who may be good hearted but forced to be maniacs due to high pressure above them 4. There is no HR management as they themselves are screwed by the top management. 5. In the name of Bonus they give peanuts and cheap chinese goods to poor employees who work like bonded labourers. You would feel sorry for them and the exploitation that the company does even in this age 6. Since the job is so meaningless and stupid there is no skill development and one would not be able to land a good job offer after few years of working here if you manage to stick on the job!!!! 7. The management treats you so badly and you are constantly threatened to be removed which can be mentally demotivating. In the end, be jobless instead of joining this company and hurt your confidence.
