They need robots instead of humans and They have one policy which states that their Performance tool is always right even if it's publishing incorrect report and you can't raise for the same issue. If he doesn't like you, you will be terminated and reason will be perfomance. They will destroy you by giving false reasons

There is nothing to mention about the company which is good. Every thing is Pathetic

...ere is no HR management as they themselves are screwed by the top management. 5. In the name of Bonus they give peanuts and cheap chinese goods to poor employees who work like bonded labourers. You would feel sorry for them and the exploitation that the company does even in this age 6. Since the job is so meaningless and stupid there is no skill development and one would not be able to land a good job offer after few years of working here if you manage to stick on the job!!!! 7. The management treats you so badly and you are constantly threatened to be removed which can be mentally demotivating. In the end, be jobless instead of joining this company and hurt your confidence. Stay safe

Training is full of office politics, and no matter how high the salary or other benefits, they are meaningless if your job is not secure. They can deactivate your job ID directly, and even the manager will be powerless to help.

They are extremely rude and do not ethical work culture, they do not want employees or they just want people who are desperate to get any job and are ready to work by sacrificing their Family Life. I got selected and had a great offer initially, but when I told them that I am not a immediate joiner which I have mentioned earlier in the interview also they straight away revoked my offer.
