Overall experience with company is good. In terms of company policies, these are very common and comfortable except few of them, the management is good with freshers and sometime worst with high experienced persons or old employees. I would recommend if you are fresher and wanted to join the company just go ahead and if possible avoid the bond that will make you lazy over the time.
