The only good thing of CTSA is it was Third Party General Inspection Services Contractor mainly to World Renown Company Saudi Aramco for almost 7-10 years.

Dislikes

The dirtiest thing is the mismanagement i.e. management by non subject/technical related person Accountant though operation department is totally different. Even HR/operation has to check everything with accountant for instance vehicle issuance, salary increment, promotion etc. At present company lost contract to Saudi Aramco and are working under winning contractor hence salaries are not paid on time. Moreover CTSA Compels/Forces resigning employees to sign a document which mentions that employee will not join any competitor of CTSA which is just like a Hitler. From above anyone can judge the honesty/culture of company....Read More
