There is no doubt conspel is very good company but there admin , hr team and some office staff will alwayes distrub your career growth they will never help you even if you not coud't come from a selected state of india.

As an electrical foreman i did there lots of construction instalalltion of different type of electrical control panel ,cabling,lots of lcp control lighting,continment work ,ht lt panel as per sld from shop drawing.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
