Hi sir good morning, My Name is A Devender working since 1 year in Conneqt services for syndicate/Canara bank the way things on floor very wrost experience i never had in carrier till now. The process senior manager maintaing supervisor on floor who support him if we are asking for employee Right's. They are targeting individual and plucking from out of process, because management recruiting un skills person for supervisor position. Playing politics in organization very badly if employee ask for explanation for anything directly they are charging file of Ztp and call avoidence wantedly on employee. Coming to my concern On April 15 i placed the break in my system i went out due to headset issue automatically system got in Ready issue escalated by supervisor i given explanation issue resolved .Mr . Krishna kanth. Sir Trainer team leader unwanted he called me and started behaving Rude,circastic using unwanted language poking in bad way. I informed already issue resolved sir i given explanation to floor supervisor , due to personal grudge on me still prolonged discussion being very rude with and raised the complaint on me to senior manager Mr. Vipul sir Sir without knowing anything based his word's Vipul Sir told "Employee to logout" immediately because he is belong to "Vipul sir" Mr . Krishna kanth But sir My manager Mr. Murali if he will be in Vipul sir position definitely i will assure not take like this decision first he know what issue happened he resolves very quick way. Good manager If murali sir get next level he will crack the thing's proper way he is matured,Talented and main Asesst People management, patience. Unnecessary they filed wrong on me due to his personal grudge Mr Krishna kanth and Vipul sir is supporting him.
