In this company I worked for 9 months . the management and work culture are good . I loved to work there as I learned many skills and developed myself .

Dislikes

compensation is poor and growth is very slow. the work pressure is very high mostly during sales. there is no job security as they prefer newly hired employees for the work.

The conneqt business solutions limited didn't support through covid-19.They shut down with process in the may month when Covid-19 and lockdown was at peak no sources of income they made unemployed and even the person who are outsider they were Facing huge problem to travel to theirs native without money...Such worst experience with company who didn't bother of their own employees and thier job security...They removed employees when no other companies also taking any hirings what kind of company is this....Read More

They are irresponsible for their employees .They didn't even bother in lockdown they fired many employees .....How they will survive in lockdown without many .Many of employees where of from other state they didn't bother even for them also if we fired them in this lockdown how they will survive how they will manages hostel fees andother basic needs till lockdown opens....Read More

In my staff's job security was poor culture was good but team leaders and supporting staff more very rude and due them the company policies benefits was not used by me no information was given by team leader(hetal rawal)

Team leader need to change due to monopoly he behave rudely to agents and says to leave job we don't care
